OFFICIAL RULES:

• ELIGIBILITY: Couponsnapshot’s “Share Dell Canada Coupons or Deals with friends, Win a Dell Mini Netbook” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Canada over the age of 18 with access to the Internet at all times during the Sweepstakes and subsequent prize-award period. Entrants must be physically located in Canada. All employees of couponsnapshot.ca and Dell.ca (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
• SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 0:01 a.m. EST on December 10, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PDT on December 27, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
• TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, any visitors who share Dell Canada promotions with their friends through couponsnapshot.ca can enter the sweepstakes. You need to find any Dell Canada coupon or deal, click “Tell a Friend” under the promotion and submit you and your friend’s email addresses to share the promotions. Limit one (1) Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods will be void.
• WINNERS SELECTION: The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about December 28, 2010. Winner will be selected from entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within two (2) weeks after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random. Any return of prize notification or prize email as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of any prize and an alternate winner may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be randomly selected.
• PRIZES: Sponsor will award one (1) first prize, one (1) second prize and one (1) third prize. Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. All expenses, costs, and taxes not expressly listed above are solely the winner’s responsibility.
• Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and the Nets are not responsible for typographical errors, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable or destroyed entries, problems with telephone lines, computer systems or equipment, or problems with the Internet or entrant’s connection with it. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, tampering or other unfair playing or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the Sweepstakes Entities or employees. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, computer virus, bugs, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
• WINNER LIST: After confirming the winners, sponsor will post their email address on http://www.couponsnapshot.ca/blog. Also, some security measures will be done to protect winners from spam. For example, abcdef@xyz.com will be posted as abc****@**z.com. To request a winners list, please send email to info@couponsnapshot.com. The potential winner will be notified by email on December 28, 2010. Failure to respond to notification within seven (7) business days from the date of the sweepstakes drawing will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
